We serve Booneville—a historic community founded around 1828 as one of the oldest towns in western Arkansas, originally settled near the Petit Jean River in the Arkansas River Valley and now home to approximately 3,800 people. Nestled in the foothills of Mount Magazine State Park—the state's highest point at 2,753 feet—and surrounded by the natural beauty of the Ouachita Mountains, our town offers a peaceful rural lifestyle enriched by outdoor recreation, family farms, small businesses, local schools, healthcare facilities, churches, youth programs, and community events. In this setting, where unpredictable weather, winding rural roads, agricultural operations, and the everyday needs of families, youth, and residents shape daily life, a local church like ours is essential for spiritual nourishment, community support, youth and children's ministries, encouragement during challenges, and opportunities to connect with neighbors through faith-centered activities that build lasting relationships and hope.

Southside Victory Church specializes in a range of worship, teaching, and outreach ministries tailored to the spiritual and relational needs of South Logan County:

  • Sunday Worship Services: Simple, informal services focused on Bible preaching and praise, held at times that fit rural schedules—creating space for heartfelt worship without formality, open to all who seek truth from God's Word.
  • Youth and Children's Ministries: Dedicated programs (including van ministry for pickups) for kids and teens, with events like Easter egg hunts, prizes, free food gatherings, and ongoing discipleship to help young people grow in faith and build positive connections.
  • Community Engagement and Outreach: Actively sharing the Gospel through local involvement, events, and support—engaging neighbors with practical help, encouragement, and invitations to experience God's love in everyday ways.
  • Bible Study and Growth Opportunities: Teaching that emphasizes Scripture as the foundation for life, with a focus on personal and collective growth in ministry and faith.
  • Fellowship and Support: A welcoming environment where informal dress is encouraged, relationships are built, and people find encouragement, prayer support, and a sense of belonging in our tight-knit rural area.

The benefits of being part of Southside Victory Church include:

  • Relaxed, Authentic Atmosphere: Come as you are—no pressure for formal attire or pretense; just simple, genuine worship and Bible-centered messages that apply to real life in Booneville.
  • Family and Youth Focus: Strong emphasis on children and youth through fun, educational, and faith-building activities that support families and help the next generation grow strong in faith.
  • Community-Centered Ministry: Deeply rooted in Booneville, we actively engage our neighbors, offering spiritual guidance, encouragement during tough times, and joyful celebrations that strengthen our local bonds.
